Demi Glace Sauce

INGREDIENTS 

1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp ketchup 
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
150ml water
80g milk.



DIRECTIONS:
1. Put 1 Tbsp butter in a pan and melt. Then add 1Tbsp flour to make roux.
2. When the flour turns to brown, add 2Tbsp Worcestershire sauce, and 2Tbsp ketchup and mix.
3. Pour 150ml water, 80ml milk in the roux and mix until it turns to right consistency.
