Ingredients:
1 kg Chicken Cuts
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 tbsp. Shrimp Paste
1 medium sized Onions (chopped)
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 tbsp. Ginger (chopped)
1/2 cup Green beans (chopped)
1 tbsp. Ginger (chopped)
1/2 cup Green beans (chopped)
3 pcs Red Chili(chopped)
Salt
Pepper

Cooking Procedure:
1. In a bowl put the chicken and sprinkle with salt & pepper, and mixed so both side of chicken.

2. Heat some Cooking oil in a pan. Place all the chicken. Cook until brown. Set aside.
3. On the same pan, sauté onion, garlic and ginger. Add in the shrimp paste.
4. Add the cooked chicken. Then pour in the coconut milk. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the green beans & chili and let it simmer for about 18 minutes.
