Garlic Buttered Vegetables

Ingredients:

1/4 kg. snow peas ( sitsaro )
2 medium size carrots, peeled and diced
1 Canned corn kernels, well drained
1 medium size Sayote, peeled and cube
1 medium size broccoli 
1 medium sized cauliflower
Melted butter ( low – fat, if preferred )
5 cloves garlic
black pepper, salt, sugar

Cooking Instructions:

1. In a pot put the butter and saute garlic, and add all the vegetables ingredients.
2. Add black pepper, sugar & salt to taste

3.  Saute until tender but crisp.

4. Transfer to serving platter.
