Palitaw Sa Latik

Ingredients:


1 cup glutinous rice flour
Almost ½ cup of water
2 cups coconut cream

Latik

Panutsa /Panocha (chopped panutsa in tiny pieces to melt easily) its up to you guys how much you will put, adjust sweetness according to your taste. If panutsa is not available use brown sugar instead.

Procedure:

1. Combine glutinous rice flour with water to form a dough. Form a ball in your hands. Flatten the ball using the palm of your hand. Repeat the process until you finish all the dough.

2. Mix coconut cream and panutsa/panocha in a pan. If panutsa is not available use brown sugar instead.

3. Simmer until panutsa is fully dissolved. Drop glutinous rice dough and cook for and cook for a few minutes or until it floats.

4. Add the latik and remove from heat.
