Pork Pochero (Pilipino Style)

Ingredients:
2 lbs. pork hock
4 cups water
2 cloves garlic
1/4 onion
2 pieces plantain banana (sliced diagonal)
2 sweet potato (sliced diagonal)
1 bunch of Baguio beans
1 cabbage (sliced)
1/4 Pork Knorr Cubes
Salt, Fish Sauce to taste
10 pieces peppercorn

Cooking Procedure:

1. In pressure cooker add the pork, water, knorr cubes, garlic, onion & peppercorn. .Let simmer until all meat is tender.

2.  Put fish sauce and salt to taste. And bring to a boil, add the banana and sweet potato. 

3. After  5 minutes add the Baguio beans and cabbage.

4. Serve it with fish sauce.
