Tuna Sandwich Spread

Ingredients

1 12 oz. can tuna, drained
1 small yellow onion finely chopped
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup cheese grated
sugar, salt, and black pepper to taste


Instructions
1. In a non-sticky pot,  fry the onion until turns to translucent and set aside.

2. In a bowl. Add mayonnaise, onion and tuna. Mix the ingredients until well blended.

3. Then add sweet pickle relish, sugar, salt, cheese and pepper to taste.  Mix it well.

3. Use as a sandwich spread for pandesal.
