Spanish Style Sardines -Bangus

Ingredients:

 1 kilo sliced milkfish (bangus)
 ¼ cup bayleaf
 1 bulb garlic
 1 piece sliced carrot
 ¼ cup green olives
 1 tbsp peppercorn
 1 tbsp salt (add more if necessary, according to taste)
 ½ to 1 cup water (add more if necessary)
 4 Siling labuyo(optional)
 2 cups olive oil

Cooking Procedure:
1. Soak milkfish in brine solution for at least 30 minutes (brine solution salt + water)
2. Rinse milkfish to get rid of the saltiness
3. In a pressure cooker, arrange the rest of the ingredients. Start with the bayleaf, carrots, and seasoning. Put the fish last.
4. Add water and olive oil, until the fish must completely covered in liquid. Cook over medium high heat until the cooker starts whistling

5. Turn down heat when cooker whistle and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
6. After 45 to 1 hour, turn off the heat and Let cooker cool down.
