Ingredients

1 lb beef, chopped medium-fine
1 red onion, diced
soy sauce - 2 Tbsp calculated, season to taste
lemon juice - 1 oz calculated, season to taste
vinegar - 2 Tbsp calculated, season to taste
2 jalapeno peppers, finely diced
¼ cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Tbsp oil
OPTION 2
1 pound of sirloin or rib-eye beef
Onion
Dash of soy sauce
¼ cup vinegar
2 big jalapeno peppers or Siling labuyo
Egg(optional)
Directions
Saute beef in oil with onions & peppers. Add sauces, cook down a bit. Serve with rice.

1. Option A
Put beef in the oven and 350 degree Fahrenheit(175 deg C) and cook it for an hour.
2. Option B
Boil beef in water with salt and pepper plus onion wedges. Cover and let boil for an hour. Then Grill.
-Chop up the onion and jalapeno peppers into small pieces.
-Likewise, chop the beef into bite sized pieces.
-In heated pan, sauté onion and beef.
-Add in vinegar, dash of soy sauce for coloring plus salt and pepper to taste.
-Toss in jalapeno peppers an serve immediately while warm.
For additions: If using sizzling plate, Put mayonnaise and crack an egg on top and mix together with calamansi or lemon juice.
