Chicken Adobo -My Version





Ingredients

1 whole chicken, chopped

¼ kg. chicken liver

½ cup vinegar

½ cup soy sauce

2 tablespoon veg oil

2 tablespoon sugar

2 pcs onion, chopped

3 globes garlic, minced

2 pcs bay leaves

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon turmeric powder

2 tablespoon raisin

4 pcs green chili

1 tablespoon pepper corn

Salt, black pepper
  

Cooking Procedure

1. Heat the vegetable oil. Sauté garlic, onion, pepper corn, garlic powder, and turmeric powder over medium heat.

2. If all ingredients turned brown, add the chicken and liver sauté until the remaining water will lessen.

3. Pour the vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaf, sugar and raisin. Increase the heat and let it boiled until the chicken get tender. Add salt and black pepper for flavoring according to your taste.

4. Lastly put the green chili, let it cooked until the sauce and oil will thicken.
