Ingredient:
1 kilo pork tenderloin, sliced thinly
3 teaspoons salt
1 cup coconut sugar
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup water
black pepper(ground)
Cooking Procedure:
1 In bowl, combine sliced pork tenderloin, salt, coconut sugar, minced garlic, pineapple juice, and black pepper. Put in the refrigerator and marinate at least 2 - 3 days.
2 For cooking, drain the tocino, heat the pan over medium-high heat, and place the tocino.
3 Add the marinade and 1/4 cup water, cook until liquid is reduced.
4 When the marinade is almost dry out and turns to syrup, add small amount of oil, stir frequently to allow meat to cook evenly. Once meat is tender and caramelized, remove from heat.
5. Serve with rice for breakfast.
