Ingredients
1 can tuna (tuna flakes in oil, drained)
2 cucumber, sliced
1 large avocado, peeled, pitted & sliced
1 medium red onion, strips sliced
1/2 bunch of cilantro (chopped)
2 Tbsp lemon juice, squeezed
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp black pepper

1. In a large salad bowl, combine all ingredient, sliced cucumber, sliced avocado, sliced red onion, drained tuna, and 1/2 cup cilantro
2. Pour in the salad 2 Tbsp lemon juice, 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper (or season to taste). Toss to combine and serve.
