Beef Tapa

Ingredients:

1/2 kg. beef sirloin, thinly sliced 
3 1/2 tbsp vinegar
2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp white sugar
1 tsp ground back pepper
1 head garlic, minced
cooking oil for frying


Cooking Procedure

1. In container combine all ingredients for marination . Mix well.

2. Arrange meat in a container or put on a zip bag.

3. Pour marinade sauce. Cover and refrigerate for overnight. Turn at least once.

4. For frying,  Add cooking oil to a frying pan and turns heat into medium, then put the beef tapa one after another and fry until turns to brown.

5. Serve with sunny side up egg and plain rice or garlic rice.
