Ingredients
1 whole chicken, cut into serving size
2 tablespoons oil
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into cubes
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into cubes
4 hot dogs, sliced thinly
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
½ cup pineapple juice
2 tomatoes, chopped
¼ cup tomato paste
1 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
2 large potatoes, cut into cubes
2 large carrots, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon raisins
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into cubes
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into cubes

Cooking Procedure
1. In the pan, heat the cooking oil. Saute onions,garlic and tomatoes ,cook until limp. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned. Add soy sauce and cook for about 1 minute.
2. Add pineapple juice and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes. Add tomato paste, and water. Stir to combine and bring to a boil.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Lower heat, cover, and cook for about 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is tender and sauce is reduced.
4. Add potatoes, carrots, and raisins and cook for about 6 to 10 minutes or until tender.
5. Add bell peppers and hot dogs and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through. Season with additional salt and pepper, according to your taste.
