INGREDIENTS
1/2 kg chicken cut up in serving pieces
25g MAGGI Sinigang sa sampalok with gabi for (easy preparation) or use 6 pcs medium tamarind(boiled and get the juice)
8 cups water
4 pcs tomato (sliced)
2 pcs medium onion (sliced)
2 pcs medium radish (sliced)
1 bunch kangkong leaves
1 tbsp patis (fish sauce)
3 pcs long green chili
1 1/2 tbsp Salt
COOKING PROCEDURE
1. Combine ingredients in a pot (chicken, sinigang sampalok(tamarind juice), tomato, onion) add water, salt and boil over low flame until meat is tender, adding more water if necessary.
2. If the chicken meat is already tender, add the rest of the ingredients (radish, kankong, chili) and simmer for 2 minutes.
3. Add fish sauce according to your taste.
