Ingredients:
1/2 kg Galunggong, cleaned well
½ cup vinegar
¼ cup water
1 medium size ginger , crushed
4 cloves of garlic , minced
4 pieces long green chili pepper (siling haba)
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon peppercorn
Salt or Fish Sauce
Cooking Procedure:
1. In a cooking pot, combine all ingredients.(except green chili)

Cooking Procedure:
1. In a cooking pot, combine all ingredients.(except green chili)
2. Over low heat, let it simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until galunggong are cooked. Taste with salt or fish sauce.
3. Then add green chili and let it simmer for two minutes before turning off the heat.
