Amondigas (Shrimp)

INGREDIENTS

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tbsp Baking powder

1 tbsp Yeast

¼ small shrimp(finely chopped)

1 medium onion(finely chopped)

3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)

1 stalk onion leaves(chop)

2 eggs

Salt, ground pepper

Water

Cooking Oil



COOKING PROCEDURE

1. In a bowl mixed all the ingredients, add beaten egg, put salt and ground pepper to taste. Add water and make sure that the lumps in the flour is completely fine, until just moistened.

2. In a deep pan, put the oil and turn to medium heat, using a scope or two tablespoon, form a circle shape of the mixture and put one after another in the pan.

3. Let if fry until turns to golden brown. Serve with dip sauce.  According to your preparable sauce.
