Abocado Tuna Salad

Ingredients


1-2 avocados, sliced
1 can tuna flakes in oil, drained
1 large cucumber, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
¼ cup parsley, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
1 lemon, juiced
2 tbsp olive oil

Cooking Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, place all ingredients. Mix well until all ingredients are well combined.

2. Serve as a side salad or eat as a whole-meal. Enjoy
your avocado tuna salad!
