Deep Fried Biter Gourd(Ampalaya Tempura)

Ingredients

1 large bitter gourd, cut into rings 
2 eggs 
2 cups flour 
2 cups breadcrumbs 
1 tbsp. sugar salt and ground black pepper
2 tbsp. water

Directions

1. In a bowl combine flour, eggs, sugar, salt & pepper.  Whisk until evenly mixed.  Add water.

2. If the mixture is ready.   Add the cut ampalaya into the mixture. 

3. In the pan, heat the oil, and then one after another, roll amplaya into the breadcrumb until fully covered and fry.

4. Cook until turns to brown color.  Dips with thousand island or mayonnaise.
