Tinolang Tilapia with Malunggay

Ingredients

1/2 kg tilapia, sliced
2 tbsps. cooking oil
1 pc. onion, cut into thin wedges
1 small sized ginger, peeled,minced
5 cups water
1 pc. Knorr chicken cube
salt, patis (fish sauce) and pepper to taste
malunggay leaves, loosened from stem

Cooking Directions

1. In pot, arrange the onion and ginger.  Add the Tilapia.  Pour the cooking oil and add salt.  Simmer until oil is almost gone flip the fish.

2.  Pour the water, and then season with knorr cube, patis and pepper. Bring to boiled until the fish is cooked.

3. Add the malunngay leaves, Simmer for 2 minutes.
