Ingredients
1/2 kilo whole fish (Sheri, Snapper or fresh fish from the sea)
4 large Tomatoes, quartered
5 cloves Garlic, sliced thinly
1 medium Onion, quartered
thumb size Ginger, sliced thinly
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp fish sauce

1/2 cups of water
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cooking Procedure
1. In an pot, arrange all ingredients , start off by laying half of your tomatoes and onions.
2. Add fish on top of your tomatoes & onions, finally top off with remaining ingredients
3. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
