Easy Pork Meatballs

Ingredients
2 lbs ground pork
2 large eggs
½ cup plain bread crumbs
1 small onion -slice into cubes
6 cloves garlic 1 onion leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
3-4 cups of oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix the ingredients except the cooking oil. 

2. Scoop portion of meat mixture and form into a ball. Set aside. Repeat until all  mixture is used up.

4. Heat up oil on frying pan over medium high heat. Once oil is hot, carefully drop meatballs one by one.

5. Deep fry till golden brown, about 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

6. Serve meatballs with a dipping sauce.
