Biko Kalabasa w/ Latik

Ingredients:

½ kilo glutinous rice
½ cup water
1 pcs pandan leaves
½ kalabasa
3 pcs matured coconut (only the coconut milk)
2 cups brown sugar

Instructions:

1. Cook glutinous rice add one cup of coconut milk and water, put the pandan leaves. Set aside.
2. Boil kalabasa in coconut milk and mash
3. Add sugar and stir.
4. When the kalabasa is cooked put the glutinous rice and mix it well.
5. Spread on bilao(woven tray).
6. Lastly cook the remaining coconut milk until it will dry and became latik(scum of coconut milk).
7. Slice and serve with latik on top of it.
