Ingredients
1 kg Mutton(Goat, Lamb)
1/4 table spoon black pepper
1 medium carrots/turnips(chopped)
1 medium Red onion(chopped)
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tbsp All purpose Flour
1 ½ tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Celery(cut into small pieces)
2 tbsp Oil (mustard oil)
1 large potatoes(cut in to cubes)
2 Tomato(finely chopped )
Salt
1 tbsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 Whole garam masala
Cooking Procedure:
1. Wash the meat and drain. Add flour and salt to it, coat it well.
2. Put oil in a pan and fry the meat for few minutes, until it turns slightly brown

3. Transfer those meat to the pressure cooker with one cup of water and boil for 5 minutes (Don’t overcook )
4. Now in the same oil add whole garam masala and saute for a while, then add chopped onion.
5. Add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander, and cumin powder and saute for 2-3 minutes.
6. Add yogurt, coconut milk and vinegar. Mix it well.
7. Add vegetable to it and cover it for 4-5 minutes. Now add the meat to the gravy. Add one more cup of water and adjust according to your taste, cover it in a medium heat and allow it to cook at least 30-40 minutes. Until the meat will become tender and your vegetables will become nicely cooked.
4. Now in the same oil add whole garam masala and saute for a while, then add chopped onion.
5. Add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander, and cumin powder and saute for 2-3 minutes.
6. Add yogurt, coconut milk and vinegar. Mix it well.
7. Add vegetable to it and cover it for 4-5 minutes. Now add the meat to the gravy. Add one more cup of water and adjust according to your taste, cover it in a medium heat and allow it to cook at least 30-40 minutes. Until the meat will become tender and your vegetables will become nicely cooked.
