INGREDIENTS:
½ kilo beef
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup vinegar
1 red onion bulb (sliced)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 medium ginger (sliced)
5 red bell peppers
Black pepper
Cooking oil
Water
COOKING PROCEDURE
1. Heat the cooking oil in a large frying pan or pot then saute the garlic, onion and ginger until golden brown. .
2. Add the beef in frying pan and saute for 4-5 minutes, until a broth came out.
3. Then add the soy sauce, vinegar, and black pepper.
4. Let it simmer for around 20 minutes. Check the beef if already tender otherwise add water, and let it simmer again until gets tender.
5. Add the sliced red bell peppers five minutes prior to removing from heat.
