1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp chopped onion leaves

5 Tbsp cooking oil
Ingredients for Garlic Dip
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 garlic clove pressed
1/2 Tbsp Calamansi Juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. diced chicken into 1/3" thick pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.

1. diced chicken into 1/3" thick pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
2. Into the mixing bowl, add the ingredients: 2 eggs, 1/3 cup flour, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, 1 1/2 Tbsp onion leaves, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Stir the mixture until well combined, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours or more.
3. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 5 Tbsp cooking oil. When oil is hot, add the chicken per scoop of tablespoon. Flatten out the tops with the back of your spoon and fried uncovered 3-4 min on both side until turns to golden brown and check if the chicken is fully cooked through.
4. To make the Garlic dip, combine all ingredients in a small bowl or measuring cup and stir together until smooth.
