Pork BBQ in Double Grill Pan

Ingredients:


1 kg Pork Belly
6 cloves Garlic (crushed)
1/2 cup Calamnsi Juice
3/4 cup Soy Sauce
3/4 cup Banana Ketchup
1 tsp. Vegatable Oil
1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
Cornstarch (diluted in water)
Salt
Pepper
Water


Cooking Procedure
1. Marinate the pork with some garlic, calamansi juice, soy sauce and banana ketchup for about an hour or even overnight.
2. Put the marinated pork and the marinade in a pot. Add about half cup of water. Boil for about 15 – 20 minutes depending on the size of your pork.
3. Remove the pork and set aside.
4. Keep the sauce boiling. Add the brown sugar, vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper.
Pour in the cornstarch diluted in water to thicken the sauce. Put the sauce in a bowl and set aside.
5. Heat the grill pan. Put the pork and cook on both sides. Brush some sauce each and every flip.
